It’s natural to feel uncertain when stepping into something new—especially in a group setting. Here, the energy is warm, the group is small, and everything unfolds at a pace that honors your comfort.

There’s no pressure to “do it right.” Each experience is gently guided through simple practices that invite presence, reflection, and connection.

Before the Session

During the Immersion

  • May include breathwork, movement, meditation, sound, or shared inquiry
