Our sessions are created to be accessible for all levels. Whether you're just beginning or returning after time away, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way. There’s no expectation—only invitation.

Our group experiences are intentionally small—usually 6 to 10 people.
This creates a sense of safety, presence, and connection. You’re never lost in a crowd. Each session is held with care, and the energy of the group is part of the healing experience.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and rest with ease. Yoga mats, blankets, and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. You may want a journal, a water bottle, and an open heart.

In some sessions, we may use intentional sound or simple phrases to support breath, focus, and energetic alignment. These are often in Sanskrit or Gurmukhi—languages known for their vibrational effect—but they’re always introduced with care and purpose.
You’ll never be asked to say or do anything that feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable. You're welcome to simply listen, breathe, or observe.
This is not religious or performative. It's a personal, optional tool for creating inner resonance and nervous system balance.
